Mansioni principali:
- Sviluppo e ampliamento della gamma prodotti;
- Gestione qualità e non conformità;
- Coordinamento audit fornitori e valutazione soluzioni tecniche;
- Collaborazione con acquisti, marketing e logistica;
- Definizione degli standard qualitativi.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza in ambito tecnico/prodotto nel settore edilizio;
- Conoscenza normativa tecnica;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative;
- Tedesco e inglese ottimi;
- Attitudine al lavoro interdisciplinare.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Erweiterung des Produktportfolios;
- Qualitätsmanagement sowie Bearbeitung von Nichtkonformitäten;
- Koordination von Lieferantenaudits und Bewertung technischer Lösungen;
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Marketing und Logistik;
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsstandards.
Anforderungen:
- Erfahrung im technischen bzw. produktbezogenen Bereich im Bauwesen;
- Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Normen und Vorschriften;
- Sehr gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten;
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse;
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.
