- Definizione strategia di prodotto;
- Coordinamento reparti tecnici e commerciali;
- Ricerca nuovi fornitori e soluzioni;
- Supporto tecnico a clienti e vendite;
- Formazione interna.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza in product management edilizio;
- Conoscenza sistemi costruttivi e impermeabilizzazione;
- Leadership e capacità di coordinamento:
- Italiano e tedesco ottimi, inglese preferenziale;

Hauptaufgaben:
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie;
- Koordination der technischen und kaufmännischen Abteilungen;
- Recherche und Auswahl neuer Lieferanten sowie technischer Lösungen;
- Technische Unterstützung für Kunden und Vertrieb;
- Durchführung interner Schulungen.
Anforderungen:
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement im Bausektor;
- Kenntnisse von Bausystemen und Abdichtungslösungen;
- Führungskompetenz und Koordinationsfähigkeit;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen und deutschen Sprache, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
