Orienta spa-società benefit, filiale di Firenze, ricerca per brand di gioielleria cliente
UN/A STORE MANAGER per il nuovo punto vendita di Forte dei Marmi che sarà responsabile della gestione completa del negozio.
Tra le principale responsabilità:
- Coordinamento e motivazione del team per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e di servizio al cliente
- Supervisione delle attività quotidiane del negozio (visual merchandising, stock, apertura/chiusura)
- Formazione e sviluppo delle risorse interne
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore gioielleria o fashion
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
- Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving
- Orientamento al risultato e spiccata sensibilità commerciale
SI OFFRE: Contratto finalizzato al tempo indeterminato, CCNL commercio con 13esima e 14esima mensilità
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Full time dal lunedì alla domenica su turni
