STAGISTA extracurriculare in ambito HR - GESTIONE RISORSE UMANE
Il/la tirocinante si occuperà di:
- front office (informazioni per l'iscrizione al sito web)
- archiviazione documentale automatica
- verifica e risoluzione delle non conformità documentali (contratti di assunzione e proroghe)
- inserimento anagrafiche lavoratori e pratiche amministrative come ad es. inserimento iban o deleghe sindacali o comunicazioni inps malattia
- telefonate informative ai lavoratori neo assunti
- rispondere al telefono fornendo informazioni ai dipendenti somministrati e ai candidati in cerca di lavoro
- supporto in ambito di Reclutamento candidature e Screening curricula
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in discipline Umanistiche/Giuridiche o Economiche
- buone doti comunicative
- predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
- orientamento ai risultati
Orario full time: 9,00-13,00 e 14,00-18,00 da lunedì a venerdì.
Previsto rimborso spese mensile di 600€.
