Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore dell'edilizia un/a SPECIALISTA APPLICATIVO ERP.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'area IT e Digitalizzazione e ricoprirà un ruolo chiave di collegamento tra i reparti aziendali, l'area IT e lo sviluppo applicativo, con particolare focus sui sistemi ERP.
Mansioni principali:
- Fornire supporto di secondo livello agli utenti ERP, occupandosi di analisi delle problematiche, chiarimento dei flussi di processo e coordinamento delle richieste più complesse con il team di sviluppo;
- Raccogliere, analizzare e documentare i requisiti funzionali, traducendoli in specifiche tecniche e user stories;
- Agire come punto di interfaccia tra reparti operativi, IT e sviluppo per l'implementazione, l'ottimizzazione e l'estensione delle funzionalità ERP;
- Gestire attività legate a database e applicazioni, incluse analisi SQL, supporto alle migrazioni dati, integrazioni e interfacce;
- Collaborare allo sviluppo evolutivo del sistema ERP, partecipando alla definizione dei processi, all'esecuzione dei test e alla pianificazione delle release;
- Prendere parte a progetti IT e di digitalizzazione, supportando l'organizzazione e il coordinamento dei sotto‑progetti;
- Predisporre documentazione tecnica e materiale formativo, favorendo il trasferimento delle conoscenze agli utenti interni.
Requisiti:
- Formazione tecnica in ambito informatica, informatica gestionale o titolo equivalente;
- Conoscenze di base di programmazione e buona padronanza di SQL e database relazionali;
- Interesse o esperienza nell'utilizzo e nella gestione di sistemi ERP;
- Comprensione dei processi aziendali (acquisti, vendite, logistica, amministrazione o contabilità);
- Approccio analitico, metodo di lavoro strutturato e predisposizione al confronto con gli utenti;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e tedesca - la conoscenza dell'inglese rappresenta un plus;
- Buone capacità comunicative, orientamento al lavoro di squadra e forte motivazione all'apprendimento continuo.

Die gesuchte Person wird im Bereich IT und Digitalisierung eingesetzt und übernimmt eine Schlüsselrolle als Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen, der IT und der Anwendungsentwicklung, mit besonderem Fokus auf ERP‑Systeme.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Second‑Level‑Support für ERP‑Anwender, einschließlich Analyse von Problemstellungen, Klärung von Prozessabläufen sowie Koordination komplexerer Anfragen mit dem Entwicklungsteam;
- Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation funktionaler Anforderungen sowie deren Übersetzung in technische Spezifikationen und User Stories;
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Abteilungen, IT und Entwicklung zur Implementierung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der ERP‑Funktionalitäten;
- Durchführung von Tätigkeiten im Bereich Datenbanken und Anwendungen, einschließlich SQL‑Analysen, Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen, Integrationen und Schnittstellen;
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des ERP‑Systems, inklusive Prozessdefinition, Testdurchführung und Release‑Planung;
- Mitwirkung an IT‑ und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei Organisation und Koordination von Teilprojekten;
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen zur Förderung des Wissenstransfers an interne Anwender.
Anforderungen:
- Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation;
- Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung sowie gute Kenntnisse in SQL und relationalen Datenbanken;
- Interesse an oder Erfahrung mit der Nutzung und Verwaltung von ERP‑Systemen;
- Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe (Einkauf, Verkauf, Logistik, Verwaltung oder Buchhaltung);
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen und deutschen Sprache; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamorientierung und hohe Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
