Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente del settore edile un RESPONSABILE ACQUISTI STRATEGICI.
Mansioni principali:
- Definizione e gestione della strategia di acquisto aziendale;
- Analisi del mercato e ricerca di nuovi fornitori;
- Negoziazione delle condizioni commerciali e contrattuali;
- Valutazione e audit dei fornitori;
- Ottimizzazione dei costi e dei processi di approvvigionamento.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in ambito economico, logistico o affini;
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito acquisti o supply chain;
- Spiccate capacità negoziali e analitiche;
- Conoscenza fluente di italiano e tedesco; inglese preferibile;
- Approccio strutturato e orientato al miglioramento continuo.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Definition und Steuerung der unternehmensweiten Einkaufsstrategie;
- Marktanalyse sowie Recherche und Auswahl neuer Lieferanten;
- Verhandlung von kommerziellen und vertraglichen Konditionen;
- Bewertung und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits;
- Kostenoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Beschaffungsprozesse.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen, logistischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich;
- Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Supply Chain;
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs‑ und Analysefähigkeiten;
- Fließende Kenntnisse der italienischen und deutschen Sprache, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil;
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Orientierung an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
