Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, Filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore dei trasporti, un/a IMPIEGATO/A BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE.
La risorsa sarà inserita in un contesto dinamico e strutturato, con l'obiettivo di garantire una gestione efficace delle richieste clienti e delle attività amministrative legate al ciclo commerciale.
Mansioni principali:
- Contatto quotidiano con clienti e aziende di trasporto;
- Gestione ed elaborazione tempestiva delle richieste;
- Redazione di offerte;
- Gestione degli ordini.
Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza del tedesco e dell'italiano;
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese;
- Buona padronanza del PC e dei principali strumenti MS Office;
- Spiccate capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e approccio collaborativo.
Offriamo:
- Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato;
- Orario di lavoro full time, 39 ore settimanali;
- 14 mensilità;
- Range retributivo 2.000-3.000€.

Die Ressource wird in ein dynamisches und strukturiertes Umfeld eingebunden, mit dem Ziel, eine effektive Verwaltung der Kundenanfragen und der administrativen Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertriebszyklus zu gewährleisten.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Täglicher Kontakt mit Kunden und Transportunternehmen;
- Verwaltung und zeitnahe Bearbeitung der Anfragen;
- Erstellung von Angeboten;
- Auftragsabwicklung.
Anforderungen:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und italienischen Sprache;
- Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache;
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und den wichtigsten MS-Office-Anwendungen;
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung;
- Teamfähigkeit und kooperative Arbeitsweise.
