MANSIONI
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestione della fatturazione passiva e attiva
- Controllo e registrazione delle fatture
- Verifica della documentazione amministrativa
- Inserimento dati e aggiornamento gestionale aziendale
- Supporto alle attività amministrative e contabili dell'ufficio
- Prima nota ed iva
- Gestione dello scadenziario
- Contatto con clienti e fornitori
REQUISITI
- Esperienza anche minima
- Conoscenza della documentazione amministrativa e contabile
- Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare in team
SI OFFRE
- CCNL Commercio (14 mensilità)
- RAL compresa tra i 25/35K
- Buoni pasto
- Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì
