Mansioni principali:
- Analisi e studio di gare d'appalto (prezzi, migliorie, offerte tecniche);
- Gestione completa delle commesse edilizie dalla pianificazione alla chiusura lavori;
- Definizione del team di lavoro e del cronoprogramma;
- Gestione contrattuale, rapporti con clienti e subappaltatori;
- Coordinamento e miglioramento continuo dell'organizzazione di cantiere;
- Gestione economica: contabilità lavori, costi, pagamenti e marginalità;
- Gestione delle non conformità e redazione documentazione di fine lavori;
- Gestione sicurezza sul lavoro;
- Conduzione riunioni di cantiere e avanzamento lavori.
Requisiti:
- Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria Civile;
- Esperienza nella gestione di lavori pubblici e imprese di costruzioni;
- Competenze in calcoli statici;
- Flessibilità oraria;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca;
- Forte orientamento alla produttività e al risultato;
- Capacità di relazione con clienti e stakeholder.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Analyse und Auswertung von Ausschreibungen (Preise, Verbesserungen, technische Angebote);
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Bauprojekten von der Planung bis zum Abschluss der Arbeiten;
- Definition des Projektteams und Erstellung des Bauzeitenplans;
- Vertragsmanagement sowie Pflege der Beziehungen zu Auftraggebern und Subunternehmern;
- Koordination und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Baustellenorganisation;
- Kaufmännische Projektsteuerung: Bauabrechnung, Kostenkontrolle, Zahlungsflüsse und Margen;
- Management von Abweichungen sowie Erstellung der Abschlussdokumentation;
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle;
- Leitung von Baubesprechungen und Kontrolle des Baufortschritts.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen von Vorteil;
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung öffentlicher Bauprojekte und in Bauunternehmen;
- Kenntnisse in statischen Berechnungen;
- Zeitliche Flexibilität;
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse;
- Starkes Ergebnis- und Leistungsorientierung;
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beziehungskompetenz im Umgang mit Kunden und Stakeholdern.
