Mansioni principali:
- Preparazione e gestione dei pasti nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle normative igienico-sanitarie.
- Organizzazione e pulizia della cucina e delle attrezzature di lavoro.
- Collaborazione con il personale di sala e rispetto delle tempistiche di servizio.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza pregressa.
- Possesso dell'attestato HACCP in corso di validità.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto pressione.
- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie.
Assunzione diretta con contratto annuale a scopo di stabilizzazione.
