La risorsa opererà su più sedi in base alle esigenze organizzative.
ATTIVITÀ / MANSIONI
- Preparazione e cottura dei pasti secondo i menù assegnati
- Gestione autonoma delle attività di cucina
- Rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie HACCP
- Supporto operativo alle cucine delle diverse strutture
REQUISITI
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella ristorazione collettiva
- Patente di guida categoria B
- Flessibilità oraria
- Disponibilità a spostamenti nelle zone di Val Trompia, Val Sabbia e Brescia con rimborso spesa.
- Autonomia nello svolgimento delle attività lavorative
Si offre contratto full-time, 40 ore settimanali con un riposo, turni prevalentemente di mattina.
Contratto CCNL, 14 mensilità - 4°livello - pubblici esercizi - RAL 23K
