Mansioni principali:
- Gestione operativa del cantiere e delle maestranze;
- Lettura e interpretazione dei disegni tecnici e organizzazione delle lavorazioni;
- Coordinamento delle attività quotidiane direttamente in campo;
- Utilizzo del mezzo aziendale (furgone) per la gestione del cantiere;
- Controllo del rispetto di tempi, qualità e sicurezza;
- Interfaccia con la direzione lavori.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pluriennale in cantiere edile;
- Solida competenza operativa e manuale;
- Capacità di gestione delle squadre;
- Autonomia organizzativa e problem solving;
- Patente B.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Operative Leitung der Baustelle und der Arbeitskräfte;
- Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen sowie Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe;
- Koordination der täglichen Tätigkeiten direkt auf der Baustelle;
- Nutzung des Firmenfahrzeugs (Transporter) für die Baustellenorganisation;
- Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Sicherheitsvorschriften;
- Schnittstelle zur Bauleitung.
Anforderungen:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung auf Baustellen im Hoch- oder Tiefbau;
- Fundierte operative und handwerkliche Kompetenz;
- Fähigkeit zur Führung von Teams;
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz;
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
