Orienta spa- società benefit, filiale di Firenze , ricerca per azienda nel settore metalmeccanico
un ADDETTO HELP DESK II LIVELLO per la business unit Vending Machines. L'addetto all'assistenza tecnica avrà il compito di supportare i tecnici e risolvere problematiche tecniche avanzate relative alle vending machine.
Responsabilità:
- Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato ai tecnici di 1° livello e ai clienti.
- Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi hardware e software relativi alle vending machine.
- Gestire e monitorare le richieste di assistenza tramite ticketing system.
- Collaborare con i team di sviluppo e ingegneria per identificare e implementare soluzioni a problemi ricorrenti.
- Effettuare aggiornamenti software e firmware sui dispositivi.
- Redigere documentazione tecnica e report sulle attività svolte.
Requisiti
- Diploma di perito elettronico o informatico
- Conoscenza di sistema operativo linux
- Buone capacità di problem solving
- gradita esperienza come tecnico o sul campo o di assistenza remota
- Buone capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti
