Orienta SpA - Società Benefit, Filiale di Ivrea, ricerca per staff interno un/a Tirocinante in ambito Risorse Umane.
La risorsa inserita dovrà svolgere, in affiancamento e supporto, le seguenti attività:
- gestione del front-office
- analisi delle job description
- pubblicazione offerte di lavoro
- screening dei curricula e colloqui candidati
- attività amministrative di gestione
- supporto nell'attività commerciale.
Il candidato ideale dovrà essere in possesso:
- Laurea in materie umanistiche/giuridiche/economiche. Il Master in ambito HR sarà considerato un plus.
- Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico, spirito di iniziativa e orientamento ai risultati
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Passione per il settore HR
- Desiderio di apprendere le competenze di base legate settore HR e in ambito commerciale.
Si offre un inserimento iniziale formativo, finalizzato all'assunzione.
Orario lavorativo full time 09.00-13.00; 14.00-18.00
