Orienta Spa ricerca neolaureati in Psicologia interessati a svolgere un'esperienza di TIROCINIO PROFESSIONALIZZANTE della durata di 12 mesi (primo semestre + secondo semestre) presso la nostra filiale di Udine.
La risorsa sarà affiancata al team operativo che la formerà sui processi di selezione e amministrazione del personale.
Attività
- Reclutamento e selezione dei candidati.
- Attività commerciale di gestione ed acquisizione della clientela.
- Attività amministrativa: creazione contratti, proroghe, cessazioni, inserimento presenze.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Psicologia.
- Buone conoscenze informatiche: posta elettronica, pacchetto Office.
- Ottima capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità e capacità organizzativa.
- Resilienza e atteggiamento positivo nell'affrontare nuove sfide.
- Orientamento alle Persone (Candidati e Clienti).
- Residenza a Udine.
