Orienta Spa Società Benefit, filiale di Mirandola, è alla ricerca di un/una TECNICO POST VENDITA per azienda cliente operante nel settore dell'automazione industriale.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestione delle richieste di assistenza tecnica della clientela italiana ed estera;
- Supporto ai clienti nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici.
Requisiti:
- Diploma indirizzo meccanico/elettronico;
- Inglese fluente più seconda lingua (francese, spagnolo o russo);
- Esperienza pregressa nel Customer service in aziende manifatturiere/metalmeccaniche;
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
Completano il profilo solide capacità di problem solving, ottime doti comunicative e un marcato orientamento al cliente.
Orario full time.
