Description
Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore della progettazione e installazione di pareti, un TECNICO DI CANTIERE.
Il ruolo prevede un coinvolgimento attivo nella gestione di commesse, sia dal punto di vista organizzativo che esecutivo, in stretto coordinamento con progettisti, referenti interni e collaboratori esterni.
Mansioni principali:
- Verifiche tecniche in loco e raccolta misure per la fase realizzativa;
- Pianificazione delle attività di cantiere e supervisione dell'avanzamento;
- Predisposizione di offerte economiche;
- Produzione di elaborati tecnici tramite software di disegno (CAD);
- Spostamenti ricorrenti sul territorio del Nord-Est e saltuariamente all'estero (area DACH).
Requisiti:
- Diploma tecnico o laurea in ambito tecnico con un'esperienza minima di 2 anni in cantiere;
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici e capitolati;
- Precisione nei rilievi, buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Disponibilità a trasferte;
- Conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese risulta un plus;
- Competenza nell'uso di software di disegno tecnico (es. AutoCAD).
Offriamo:
- Assunzione diretta a tempo determinato a scopo di stabilizzazione oppure si valuta assunzione a tempo indeterminato;
- Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali, da lunedì a venerdì.

Orienta S.p.A., eine Benefitgesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, sucht für ein Kundenunternehmen im Bereich Planung und Montage von Trennwandsystemen einen BAULEITER.
Die Position sieht eine aktive Mitwirkung bei der Abwicklung von Projekten sowohl in organisatorischer als auch in operativer Hinsicht vor, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Planern, internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Partnern.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Technische Überprüfungen vor Ort und Aufmaß für die Ausführungsphase;
- Planung und Koordination der Baustellenaktivitäten sowie Überwachung des Fortschritts;
- Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen;
- Ausarbeitung technischer Unterlagen mithilfe von CAD-Software;
- Regelmäßige Dienstreisen im Nordosten Italiens sowie gelegentlich im DACH-Raum.
Anforderungen:
- Technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Bauzeichner, Techniker) oder technisches Studium, mit mindestens 2 Jahren Baustellenerfahrung;
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen;
- Präzise Arbeitsweise bei Aufmaßen, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit;
- Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Tätigkeit;
- Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache;
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Zeichenprogrammen (z. B. AutoCAD).

- Direkte Festanstellung mit anfänglichem befristetem Vertrag und Option auf Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis;
- Vollzeitstelle (40 Stunden/Woche), Montag bis Freitag.
