Description
Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, operante nel settore lapideo, un TECNICO DI CANTIERE.
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio tecnico e si occuperà di:
- Progettazione tecnica con utilizzo di AutoCAD.
- Gestione e supervisione tecnica dei cantieri, con frequenti spostamenti presso le varie sedi operative.
- Redazione di preventivi e offerte.
- Coordinamento con ufficio tecnico e produzione per garantire l'avanzamento corretto dei lavori.
Requisiti:
- Diploma tecnico, preferibilmente Geometra.
- Ottima conoscenza di AutoCAD.
- Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico.
- Buone doti relazionali e organizzative.
- La conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituisce un plus.
- Patente B.
Previsto l'utilizzo dell'auto aziendale per gli spostamenti tra i cantieri (uso esclusivamente lavorativo).
Orario: Full time, 40 ore settimanali, da lunedì a venerdì.
Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato.
Orienta S.p.A., eine Benefitgesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, sucht für ein Kundenunternehmen in Bozen, das im Natursteinsektor tätig ist, einen BAULEITER / TECHNISCHER MITARBEITER FÜR DIE BAUSTELLE.
Die ausgewählte Person wird in das technische Büro integriert und übernimmt folgende Aufgaben:
- Technische Planung mit AutoCAD.
- Leitung und technische Überwachung der Baustellen mit regelmäßigen Fahrten zu den verschiedenen Einsatzorten.
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen.
- Koordination mit dem technischen Büro und der Produktion zur Sicherstellung des korrekten Projektfortschritts.
Anforderungen:
- Technischer Schulabschluss, vorzugsweise Geometer
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD
- Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Führerschein der Klasse B
Die Nutzung eines Firmenwagens ist für Fahrten zwischen den Baustellen vorgesehen (ausschließlich dienstliche Nutzung).
Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Stunden pro Woche, Montag bis Freitag.
Direkte Festanstellung mit unbefristetem Vertrag.
