TEAM LEADER – CONTACT CENTER
Attività principali:
- Coordinamento e supervisione di un team di circa 50 operatori di contact center;
- Monitoraggio delle performance e gestione delle attività operative quotidiane;
- Supporto e formazione continua agli operatori per garantire elevati standard di qualità;
Requisiti:
- Pluriennale esperienza in ruoli di team leader o coordinamento in contact center;
- Leadership, autorevolezza e ottime capacità di gestione delle risorse umane;
- Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità organizzative;
- Disponibilità full-time con orario 8:30 – 12:30 / 15:00 – 19:00.
