Orienta Spa - società benefit - ricerca e seleziona per importante realtà aziendale del settore IT un /a Sviluppatore/-trice Backend/Fullstack.
La risorsa che desideriamo incontrare è uno/a Sviluppatore/-trice Software Intermedio/a (2–5 anni di esperienza) capace di contribuire allo sviluppo di progetti in corso e supportare il team nella manutenzione e nell'evoluzione delle soluzioni esistenti.
La prima sfida sarà supportare la migrazione da un monolite Java a un'architettura di microservizi NodeJS, entrambi già in produzione.
HARD SKILLS NECESSARIE :
- Padronanza di almeno uno/due linguaggi: Ruby, Typescript (backend), Python
- Strumenti: VS Code, Git, Markdown
- API: JWT + almeno uno tra REST o GraphQL
- SQL
REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI :
- Framework: Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, NestJS, TypeORM, DuckDB
- Strumenti: GitLab, Jira, PowerPoint
- API: GraphQL avanzato / federation
- Data Warehousing: PostgresQL, DuckDB, TimescaleDB, DBT
- Stream processing: Kafka, MQTT
- Infrastructure: Docker, k8s/k3s, Ansible, Bash scripting
- Altro: OAuth, S3, test di integrazione e funzionali
Si richiede pregressa esperienza di 2-5 anni in sviluppo di prodotti software (non solo manutenzione di tools di terze parti).
COMPLETANO IL PROFILO:
- Metodo e struttura: capacità di organizzare attività e gestire più progetti in parallelo.
- Iniziativa: proattività, capacità di proporre soluzioni e di valutare quando effettuare refactoring.
- Comunicazione efficace: chiarezza, sintesi e capacità di documentare in modo utile.
