Sistemista Informatico Junior
La risorsa supporterà il team IT nella gestione dei clienti, nella manutenzione dei sistemi Microsoft, delle reti e dei dispositivi Apple. L'attività è prevista in sede o presso le sedi dei clienti.
Responsabilità principali:
- Supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello su sistemi Windows ed eventualmente MacOS;
- Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di postazioni di lavoro;
- Supporto su Microsoft 365 (Ad.Es. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.);
- Attività di troubleshooting su dispositivi e software Microsoft;
- Assistenza su dispositivi Apple (MacOS, iOS).
Requisiti tecnici:
- Conoscenza sistemi operativi Windows 10/11 e MacOS
- Nozioni di Windows Server e Active Directory
- Familiarità con Microsoft 365
- Conoscenze base di networking
- Capacità di diagnosi e risoluzione problemi hardware/software
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito un diploma tecnico, è in possesso di buone capacità comunicative, è predisposto al lavoro in team e all'apprendimento continuo.
Si offre un contratto di inserimento finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato, inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in base all'esperienza e competenza del candidato.
