Requisiti
- Diploma in ambito informatico o analogo;
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito di HelpDesk o ServiceDesk informatici;
- E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua INGLESE - almeno B2 in quanto la lingua del servizio è l'inglese
- Buone doti relazionali, disponibilità e flessibilità;
- Conoscenza e capacità di applicare le tecniche dell'assistenza telefonica dei clienti;
- Capacità di identificare problemi software e hardware;
- Capacità di utilizzare gli strumenti a supporto dell'identificazione e risoluzione dei problemi.
disponibilità PT 30H per la formazione iniziale e poi FT 40H
