Orienta Spa - Società Benefit - filiale di Padova, ricerca, per azienda cliente un/una SEGRETERIA BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE.
CONTESTO
L'azienda è una realtà metalmeccanica strutturata, di circa 120 dipendenti, che si occupa della produzione di impianti avicoli d'avanguardia.
MANSIONE
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Organizzare e gestire le agende, fissando appuntamenti e incontri di lavoro
- Prenotare viaggi e gestire trasferte, facendo anche scouting di hotel e ristoranti
- Supportare i commerciali nelle riunioni di prodotto, nelle attività successive alle visite ai clienti e nella gestione di strumenti informatici aziendali dedicati (CRM)
- Redigere testi e documenti, come report delle riunioni o traduzioni
- Gestire reportistica commerciale
- Attività di back office: inserimento ordini a sistema
REQUISITI
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturata in aziende di respiro internazionale operanti nel mondo produttivo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza della lingua francese
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point
