L'addetta al front office sarà impegnata in attività quali:
- gestione agende dei medici
- pianificazione degli appuntamenti
- gestione ordini e rifornimenti
- gestione appuntamenti online
- fatturazione
- amministrazione pratiche d'ufficio e modelli assicurativi
Requisiti indispensabili:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di front office all'interno di studi medici e/o ambulatori strutturati
- buone competenze nell'utilizzo dei principali tools informatici
- orientamento al cliente, flessibilità, discrezione e affidabilità
SI OFFRE: Contratto finalizzato all'assunzione a lungo termine
ORARIO DI LAVORO: part-time verticale di 27 ore settimanali, LUNEDÌ, MARTEDÌ E GIOVEDÌ 8,30 - 18,30 CON UN'ORA DI PAUSA
