Attività:
La risorsa, affiancata dal team di filiale, sarà formata e coinvolta in tutte le attività legate a:
- Ricerca e selezione del personale (screening CV, colloqui, gestione candidature);
- Gestione amministrativa dei lavoratori;
- Supporto nelle attività di front-office e back-office di filiale.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in ambito umanistico o affine;
- Interesse per il mondo delle risorse umane;
- Ottime doti relazionali, empatia, solarità e forte motivazione all'apprendimento;
- Residenza nella provincia di Brescia (non saranno valutate candidature fuori zona).
Si offre:
- Tirocinio formativo di 6 mesi retribuito con rimborso spese;
