L' HR GENERALIST o recruiter verrà inserito/a a supporto del lavoro del team di Lomazzo collaborando, principalmente, nella selezione del personale.
Il selezionatore / la selezionatrice imparerà a gestire fino alla completa autonomia:
- accoglienza dell'utenza,
- analisi delle job position, stesura e pubblicazione annunci,
- screening e ricerca attiva dei candidati,
- colloqui di selezione telefonici, in presenza e on-line,
- inserimento anagrafiche lavoratori, gestione dei contratti.
