RECEPTIONIST
La risorsa sarà inserita nello staff dell'azienda, e sarà parte integrande di un contesto dinamico e positivo.
Attività:
- accogliere al front office gli ospiti ed indirizzarli presso l'area desiderata
- gestione del centralino e delle prenotazioni
- gestione di eventuali richieste
- supportare le funzioni organizzative ed il back office
Requisiti:
- ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
- esperienza di circa 3 anni in contesti aziendali strutturati
- buona conoscenza degli applicativi informatici
Soft Skills:
- dinamicità e Flessibilità
- ottime capacita di comunicazione e problem solving
- ottima gestione dello stress
Si offre: contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con prospettive full time dal lunedì al venerdì. Le specifiche contrattuali saranno approfondite in sede di colloquio.
