Orienta Spa, agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di Milano Giotto, ricerca per importante azienda cliente del settore editoriale un/a:
1 OPERATRICE/OPERATORE CALL CENTER inbound/outbound e backoffice a tempo pieno che opererà dalla sede di Milano.
La risorsa verrà inserita nell'ufficio di call center vendite e si occuperà principalmente dell'assistenza e supporto telefonico dei clienti, chiamate inbound e outbound e vendita dei prodotti.
Si richiedono:
- Disponibilità oraria 9.00-18.00
- Esperienza già maturata in attività di servizio clienti/ vendita telefonica
- Attitudine al lavoro in gruppo ed individuale
- Capacità di problem solving e gestione dello stress in ambito commerciale
- Preferenze per i profili provenienti da società del terzo settore/Onlus
- Buon utilizzo del pacchetto informatico office
Inquadramento: 5° livello del CCNL Grafici Editoriali, 6 mesi iniziali in somministrazione.
Orario: full time, orario 09.00 - 18.00, dal lunedì al venerdì (40 ore settimanali).
Sede: Milano Buonarroti (M1).
