La risorsa ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza anche minima nel settore gomma-plastica o in produzione industriale.
- Buona manualità e precisione.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
- Capacità di lavorare in team.
- Automunito/a.
Le principali mansioni saranno:
- Conduzione di macchinari per stampaggio a iniezione/estrusione.
- Carico/scarico linee di produzione.
- Controllo qualità visivo e dimensionale dei pezzi.
- Confezionamento e imballaggio prodotti.
- Manutenzione ordinaria e pulizia postazione.
- Compilazione schede di produzione.

- Orario: turni (6.00-14.00 14.00-22.00 e 22:00-06.00)
