Orienta S.p.A. Società Benefit filiale di Montebelluna seleziona, per realtà cliente del settore dell'industria gomma-plastica, un/una OPERAIO/A CAPORTURNO a Caerano di San Marco (TV).
Principali mansioni
Il/la candidato/a verrà inserito in produzione e si occuperà di:
- Conoscenza processi e cicli di lavorazione
- Cambio stampi e loro versioni
- Coordinamento degli operatori di turno
- Supervisione del processo di stampaggio e verifica della conformità dei pezzi
- Collaborazione con il responsabile di produzione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Controllo degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e manutenzione base
Requisiti
- Precisione, puntualità e ordine;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Ottime doti comunicative
- Esperienza come capoturno
Si offre inserimento a tempo determinato scopo assunzione.

Orario: il lavoro si svolge su turni da 8 ore (06:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 22:00-06:00) dal lunedì al venerdì,
