- Monitoraggio e Assistenza tecnica software tramite ticket management
- Troubleshooting operativo mediante strumenti di diagnostica e condivisione remota
- Installazione e configurazione software all'interno del sistema informativo, assicurandone la corretta manutenzione e aggiornamento.
REQUISITI: ·
Diploma o laurea in ambito informatica o titoli equivalenti
Ambito Sistemi: gestione di dominio in Active Directory (oggetti computer, utenti, ecc)
Capacità di problem solving
Conoscenze di base dei sistemi Windows e Linux.
Ambito Cyber Security: competenze in ambito troubleshooting su piattaforma MDR/XDR/Antivirus; configurazione policy ed eccezioni su un servizio MDR/Antivirus/XDR (preferibilmente piattaforma TrendMicro).
