Il INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE sarà inserito in un contesto dinamico e fortemente consolidato, si occuperà di:
- gestire le richieste dei clienti tramite telefono, email e chat online;
- Fornire assistenza e supporto tecnico
- Risolvere i problemi degli utenti in modo tempestivo e cortese;
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva del cliente.
Requisiti:
- conoscenza della lingua inglese - tedesca - francese
