Le principali attività della risorsa saranno le seguenti:
- Fornire supporto di primo e secondo livello a utenti interni (on-site e/o da remoto).
- Risolvere problemi hardware e software (PC, stampanti, dispositivi mobili).
- Gestire le richieste tramite sistema di ticketing.
- Installare e configurare postazioni di lavoro, periferiche e software aziendali.
La risorsa ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea triennale in informatica o Diploma di perito informatico con minimo di esperienza.
- Conoscenza lingua inglese anche minima.
- Conoscenza Microsoft SQL.
- Conoscenza Microsoft ACCESS.
- Conoscenza linguaggio xml - script - php - (python facoltativo).
- Conoscenza sistemi di rete.
- Lavorare con raggiungimento di obiettivi.
Ral ed inquadramento saranno commisurati all'esperienza del candidato.
