Orienta Spa - Società Benefit - filiale di Udine ricerca per importante azienda cliente del metalmeccanico un/a IMPIEGATO/A SERVICE JUNIOR.
La selezione è condotta per un'azienda del settore metalmeccanico specializzata nella produzione di macchinari CNC che vengono venduti in tutto il mondo.
PROFILO: La risorsa gestirà in autonomia tutte le attività di Customer Service nei confronti dei clienti internazionali. Nello specifico:
- Contatto da remoto con clienti per la risoluzione di problemi sui macchinari (di natura meccanica o elettronica).
- Organizzazione delle manutenzioni in loco con le squadre di tecnici trasferisti e il cliente.
- Compilazione reportistica.
REQUISTI:
- Gradito diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico.
- Richiesta conoscenza, quantomeno di base, di sistemi meccanici e schemi elettrici.
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office.
- Propensione al problem-solving e ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Disponibilità in tempi brevi.
CONTRATTO: L'azienda offre assunzione diretta. CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, RAL da concordare.
ORARIO: full time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì - SEDE: Remanzacco (UD).
