Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, operante nel settore dei trasporti, un/a IMPIEGATO/A REPARTO TRAFFICO.
La figura selezionata sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio logistico e si occuperà della programmazione e gestione operativa dei mezzi aziendali.
Attività previste:
- Pianificazione delle attività di trasporto e organizzazione della flotta.
- Coordinamento con autisti, partner logistici e aziende di trasporto.
- Gestione dei permessi e delle pratiche amministrative relative ai trasporti speciali.
- Monitoraggio delle operazioni e aggiornamento costante del gestionale.
Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca e italiana.
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici.
- Abilità comunicative e organizzative.
- Autonomia, precisione e spirito pratico nella gestione delle attività.
Orario: Full time, dal lunedì al venerdì.
Assunzione diretta con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Orienta S.p.A., eine Benefitgesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, sucht für ein Kundenunternehmen in Bozen, das im Transportsektor tätig ist, eine/n MITARBEITER/IN FÜR DIE VERKEHRSABTEILUNG.
Die ausgewählte Person wird im Logistikbüro eingesetzt und übernimmt die Planung und operative Steuerung des firmeneigenen Fuhrparks.
Aufgaben:
- Planung von Transporteinsätzen und Organisation der Fahrzeugflotte.
- Koordination mit Fahrern, Logistikpartnern und Transportunternehmen.
- Verwaltung von Genehmigungen und administrativen Unterlagen im Zusammenhang mit Sondertransporten.
- Überwachung der Abläufe und kontinuierliche Pflege des EDV-Systems.
Anforderungen:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und italienischen Sprache.
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools und Logistiksoftware.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, Montag bis Freitag.
Direkte Festanstellung mit unbefristetem Vertrag.
