Orienta SpA filiale di Ve-Mestre ricerca IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE per importante azienda cliente con sede a Santa Maria di Sala (VE). L'IMIPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE si occuperà principalmente di:
- Fornire assistenza telefonica a clienti italiani ed esteri.
- Risolvere problematiche tecniche su macchine.
- Organizzare interventi tecnici sul campo, se necessario.
- Supportare il tecnico da remoto durante l'intervento.
Il candidato ideale è in possesso di:
- Formazione specialistica in ambito elettromeccanico/elettrotecnico;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali per formazione e attività operative;
- Dimestichezza con strumenti informatici;
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;
Si offre un iniziale inserimento tramite contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di stabilizzazione nel lungo periodo.
Sede di lavoro: Santa Maria di Sala (VE)
Orario di lavoro: full-time da Lunedì a Venerdì
