ORIENTA S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Rovereto, ricerca per importante azienda cliente di Rovereto un HR MANAGER.
Mansioni:
- Ricerca e selezione del personale: visione dei CV, selezione le risorse;
- Gestione delle relazioni sindacali;
- Gestione delle attività di formazione e sviluppo per migliorare le competenze e le capacità dei dipendenti;
- Negoziazione relativa agli aspetti contrattuali e retributivi;
- Elaborazione di nuove strategie, sia per le assunzioni che per le modalità di lavoro.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Risorse Umane, Psicologia o campo correlato;
- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli HR;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Si offrono bonus aziendali, bonus di formazione e premio aziendale.
Orario: da lunedì al venerdì: 8:00-12:00 - 13:00-17:00.
