Orienta S.p.A. ricerca per azienda del settore del packaging di Bologna un HR Business Partner.
La risorsa riportando direttamente in Direzione, dovrà sviluppare e implementare strategie HR mirate a supportare gli obiettivi di business oltre ad occuparsi della gestione delle risorse umane, promuovendo iniziative che favoriscano lo sviluppo del personale e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi organizzativi.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o risorse umane.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli HR, preferibilmente in contesti industriali
- Conoscenza delle pratiche di gestione dei talenti, compensation & benefits, relazioni industriali e sviluppo organizzativo.
