Orienta Spa Società Benefit ricerca, per azienda operante nei servizi informatici, un/a
HELP DESK IN LINGUA CECA
La risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:
- Apertura ticket per assistenza di Primo Livello;
- Reperimento documentazione dal cliente assistito;
- Comunicazione costante con i reparti interni.
I requisiti richiesti:
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza di service desk o help desk;
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana e, a livello C2 o madrelingua, della lingua Ceca.
E' richiesta disponibilità al lavoro su turni e nel weekend.
Si inserisce con contratto in somministrazione CCNL 2° livello Metalmeccanica Confapi.
Modalità di lavoro: ibrido, dopo il primo periodo di formazione iniziale.
Luogo di lavoro: Torino zona Cenisia
