Orienta Spa Società Benefit, filiale di Pordenone, ricerca per azienda cliente, specializzata nella realizzazione di impianti elettrici e idraulici, un/una HELP DESK AMMINISTRATIVO.
La risorsa, in collaborazione con i colleghi, svolgerà funzioni attinenti all'ambito amministrativo/contabile nonché a quello IT.
COMPITI:
- Redazione documenti sicurezza in aggiudicazione;
- Caricamento DDT e ordini dei fornitori;
- Preparazione PC, server, centralino, device in rete;
- Redazione rapportini commesse.
REQUISITI:
- Diploma a indirizzo economico-informatico;
- Conoscenza software Baldissar, Multilink e Ergo;
- Gradita esperienza in ambito amministrativo.
ORARIO: full time lun-ven dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 17:30.
