Orienta S.p.A., Società benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per struttura turistica del Trentino - Alto Adige, operante nel settore Ho.Re.Ca., un GESTORE STRUTTURA TURISTICA.
La risorsa selezionata fornirà supporto nella gestione quotidiana della struttura, occupandosi sia delle attività operative che dell'accoglienza degli ospiti.
Principali attività:
- Supervisione della pulizia e delle manutenzioni ordinarie degli alloggi.
- Accoglienza degli ospiti, gestione di check-in e check-out e assistenza telefonica.
- Controllo delle aree comuni, dei parcheggi e delle condizioni delle suites.
- Collaborazione nella gestione degli affitti settimanali.
- Interfaccia con la rappresentanza della struttura per coordinamento e aggiornamenti.
Requisiti:
- Buona manualità e autonomia operativa.
- Capacità relazionali e organizzative.
- Disponibilità al lavoro nel weekend.
Orario: Part time, 28 ore settimanali.
Orienta S.p.A., eine Benefitgesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, sucht für eine touristische Einrichtung in Trentino-Südtirol, tätig im Ho.Re.Ca.-Bereich, eine/n BETREIBER/IN EINER TOURISTISCHEN EINRICHTUNG.
Die ausgewählte Person wird die tägliche Verwaltung der Struktur unterstützen und sowohl operative Aufgaben als auch die Gästebetreuung übernehmen.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Überwachung der Reinigung und Durchführung kleinerer Instandhaltungsarbeiten in den Unterkünften.
- Empfang der Gäste, Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out sowie telefonischer Support.
- Kontrolle der Gemeinschaftsbereiche, Parkplätze und Zustand der Suiten.
- Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung der wöchentlichen Vermietungen.
- Schnittstelle zur Vertretung der Einrichtung für Koordination und organisatorische Rückmeldungen.
Anforderungen:
- Gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische und zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen.
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden.
Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit, 28 Stunden pro Woche.
