L'educatore/educatrice affiancherà il personale nella pianificazione e progettazione di interventi educativi in coordinamento con il team di lavoro.
SI RICHIEDE :
- Laurea (o laureandi) in scienze dell'educazione (L-19) oppure Laurea quinquennale a ciclo unico in Scienze della Formazione Primaria, con specifico percorso 0-6 oppure diplomi socio-pedagogici/psico-sociali.
- Conoscenza e/o formazione nel Metodo Montessori
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, empatia e capacità relazionali
- Sensibilità verso i bisogni e i ritmi di crescita dei bambini
