La risorsa verrà inserita in ufficio del servizio clienti e si occuperà di:
- inserimento ordini su gestionale
- fornire ai clienti assistenza telefonica e/o via e-mail
- ascoltare e comprendere i bisogni della clientela
- gestire i reclami e problematiche interne
REQUISITI:
- diploma di maturità
- ottime doti comunicative
- conoscenza pacchetto office
Si offre:
- formazione iniziale
- contratto determinato a scopo assunzione
- orario di lavoro: 8:30-18:30 LUN-GIO, 8:30-12:30 VEN
