CUOCO/A
Il/La cuoco/a si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Preparare e cucinare piatti secondo gli standard del ristorante e le ricette consolidate.
- Gestire una sezione della cucina, garantendo elevati standard di qualità e presentazione dei piatti.
- Monitorare i livelli delle scorte e contribuire alla gestione degli ordini delle materie prime.
- Mantenere la pulizia e l'igiene in cucina, nel rispetto delle norme di salute e sicurezza.
- Formare e supportare i membri junior del team, condividendo conoscenze e competenze.
REQUISITI:
- diploma alberghiero;
- disponibilità immediata;
- pregressa esperienza maturata nel ruolo di cuoco.
Completano il profilo: motivazione, puntualità e capacità di lavorare in team.
CONTRATTO: CCNL ALBERGHI CONFCOMMERCIO - 4° livello, inserimento iniziale in somministrazione con prospettiva.
ORARIO: full time di 40 ore settimanali suddivise su 6 giorni e su turnazione (6.30 / 13.00 - 12.00 / 18.30 - 18.00 / 24.00) .
