Mansioni principali:
- Interfacciarsi con i clienti per fornire consulenza e supporto tecnico sui software gestionali aziendali.
- Erogare formazione agli utenti finali, garantendo un utilizzo efficace del gestionale.
- Monitorare l'efficacia del software e raccogliere feedback per eventuali ottimizzazioni.
Requisiti:
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
- Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di comprendere le esigenze aziendali.
- Interesse per il settore ICT e i software gestionali.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Beratung und technischer Support für Kunden im Bereich ERP-Software und Unternehmenslösungen.
- Schulung der Endnutzer zur Sicherstellung einer effektiven Nutzung der Software.
- Überwachung der Softwareleistung und Erfassung von Feedback für Optimierungen.
Anforderungen:
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz für den Kundenkontakt.
- Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe.
- Interesse an der IT-Branche und an Unternehmenssoftware.
