Orienta spa Società Benefit ricerca, per conceria cliente,
CAPO REPARTO
La risorsa, inserita in produzione, sarà responsabile dei reparti di rasatura, riconcia e asciugatura;
e si occuperà di gestione e supervisione:
- delle attività di riconcia,
- delle lavorazioni eseguite tramite rasatrice,
- dell'area dedicata agli asciughi.
Si richiede:
- esperienza nel settore conciario come responsabile di produzione e/o capo reparto;
- doti organizzative e gestionali;
- abilità nella gestione di un team.
L'inserimento e la retribuzione verranno valutati in fase di colloquio in base all'esperienza del/la candidato/a. Sede di lavoro: San Miniato (PI).
