Orienta S.p.A - Società Benefit, cerca per azienda metalmeccanica del territorio un:
ADDETTO AL BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Aggiornare il file di vendita;
- Inviare dati per la fatturazione;
- Raccogliere dati di vendita per il previsionale;
- Gestire le vendite dirette al cliente in attesa di pratica ASL;
- Predisporre i preventivi;
- Raccogliere ed archiviare le schede di valutazione;
- Ricercare materiali per prove;
- Supportare i venditori / agenti nelle problematiche pre e post - vendita;
- Tenere i contatti con le ASL per le varie fasi della vendita;
- Emettere documenti di consegna verso l'utente finale;
- Emettere le richieste di acquisto verso l'ufficio acquisti;
- Supportare il TC per controllo inventari magazzino
Requisiti richiesti:
- Buone conoscenze informatiche;
- Particolare attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali;
