Responsabilità:
- Supportare il cuoco nella preparazione dei piatti tipici della cucina romana
- Eseguire le preparazioni di base (verdure, pasta fresca, salse, ecc.)
- Gestire la mise en place e le scorte di cucina
- Garantire che gli ingredienti siano freschi e ben conservati
- Mantenere alta l'igiene e l'ordine in cucina, rispettando le normative di sicurezza alimentare
- Collaborare con il team di cucina per garantire il servizio e la qualità del prodotto
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, in cucina (preferibile in ristoranti o trattorie)
- Conoscenza delle tecniche base di preparazione e cottura dei piatti
- Buona manualità e velocità nel lavoro
- Passione per la cucina e la tradizione romana
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei fine settimana
Si offre un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato 4° livello CCNL pubblici esercizi
