ADDETTO/A UFFICIO TRASPORTI IN STAGE
La risorsa sarà affiancata da personale esperto e supporterà le attività di:
- Gestione di tutti i documenti di trasporto ed affini (registri di carico/scarico, formulari, MUD e relativa archiviazione)
- Gestione dei clienti e fornitori
- Svolgimento delle pratiche amministrative dell'ufficio
- Attività di back office e gestione documentale
Requisiti:
- Automunito/a
- Diploma di scuola superiore
- Ottimo utilizzo di Excel
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di apprendimento
- Proattività e precisione
Si offre: inserimento in stage retribuito € 800 lordi mensili.
