Orienta Spa filiale di Pordenone ricerca per azienda di spedizioni un ADDETTO/A SPEDIZIONI FRANCIA.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un team di lavoro e, dopo un periodo di affiancamento con il personale più esperto, gestirà le spedizioni per il mercato Francia.
COMPITI:
- Assistenza clienti su tempi di consegna
- Inserimento ordini su gestionale (tipologia di merce, ritiri e consegne)
- Redazione documenti di trasporto e cmr
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle spedizioni
- Pratiche amministrative
REQUISITI:
- Diploma o Laurea
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua francese (livello B2-C1)
- Esperienza nella gestione dei traporti internazionali
- Buone conoscenze informatiche in ambiente Windows e pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Capacità di lavorare in team, velocità di apprendimento ed esecuzione
ORARIO: dal lunedì al venerdì 8:30-12:30/14:00-18:00 - SEDE: PORDENONE.
